01 License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service, [Company legal name] grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the ForLater application (the "App") on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
02 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the App to build a competing product.
03 Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Your recordings remain entirely yours — this license concerns the software, not your content.
04 Third-party components

05 App Store terms (Apple)
This Agreement is between you and ForLater only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
