04 The Service
ForLater lets you record video messages and keep them private until they are delivered — on a future date you choose ("Future Moments"), or held quietly until needed ("Just-in-Case"). We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as available" basis.
05 Delivery & the human-approval requirement
Nothing is ever sent automatically. Every delivery requires a real person to approve it:
- For Future Moments, you confirm the send on or around the date you set.
- For Just-in-Case messages, a trusted contact you designate must approve delivery.
You may re-record, reschedule, or delete a message before it is sent, and you may switch off a delivery link before it has been opened. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details and delivery dates.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
07 Your content & ownership
Your messages are yours. You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to store, process, and deliver your messages as you instruct. We do not use your videos to train AI, and no one at ForLater can watch them. The ForLater name, app, and design are owned by us and protected by law.
08 Subscriptions & billing
ForLater is free to use, with optional paid features or limits described in the app at the time of purchase.
